Nedbrytningsprodukter av nervegasser analysert med væskekromatograf tilkoblet atmospheric pressure ionization elektrospray massespektrometer (HPLC-API-ES-MS) - del II: Negativ ion modus

Hydrolysis products of nerve agents have been analysed by HPLC coupled to an API-ES-MS in SIM mode. Parameters for the instrument were optimised for MPA, EPA, EMPA, IPMPA and PMPA. The instrument's detection limits for pure standards were 5 ng for the analytes, based on the condition that [M-H]- should be detected with a S/N > 3. The injection volume was 10 μl.
